The combination of Pineapple and Ginger is just divine, it is a great way to start your day and help you feel alive. This powerful concoction has the ability to help fight Colds/Flu symptoms when you are run down. Great way to start the day and a great pick me up, sets you up for the day perfectly.

The Ginger and Lime in this juice adds a punchy zing, juice is best served over a glass of ice!

Ingredients you will need:
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 Small pineapple
  • 2-inch cube ginger
  • 1/2 Lime

Juice Ingredients in no particular order, ensure that all skin is removed from the LIme and Pineapple and serve over glass of ice. Enjoy!

I find these simple juices to be a winner, when it comes to time, nutrition and enjoyment. The best time to have a juice like this would be first thing in the morning when you have just woken up. After fasting for at least eight hours (depending on your sleep pattern) since your previous meal and sleep and will more likely absorb the goodness. The lime has great cleaning benefits to the body, aiding the body to release bad toxins from the system and purifying the body.

So its amazing how small life changes like waking up to a juice first thing in the morning make a difference in the bodies daily battles.
